Overview

This campsite is located just 10 miles from Binghamton, with a view like none other. Come out to the hills of Broome County and enjoy all the great activities to do in the area. We are a family friendly location where families can come experience farm life. We are located within 15 minutes to many great outdoor attractions including Chenango Valley State Park, Dorchester Park, Black Bear Winery, Beer Tree Brewery, Regional Farmers Market, Ross Park Zoo, Animal Adventures (home of April the giraffe), Kayak launch, multiple other breweries and restaurants. We have three generations living on the farm, we recently operated a dairy farm and creamery. Currently on the farm, we raise dairy heifers, goats, sheep and chickens. While enjoying the campsite, you may even have grazing animals around you. Our family has a passion for agriculture and teaching others about the food supply. We have a small store set up to buy local products with a small refrigerator campers are welcome to use!

Site Guidelines

We are a operating farm so please be careful of the electric fence! We ask that families enjoy the wildlife but stay within fields around the campsite. This can be a drive up site, depending on weather and your vehicle, a low vehicle could be challenging.

Brian
CampKeeper
Our family owned and operated Aukema-Dairy Farm and Dutch Hill Creamery where we educated the public about agriculture. Doug and Pat have retired and Brian and Crystal both work as Agricultural Educators. We love to tell the story of agriculture and our three kids love to share their animals with others. Doug and Pat bought the farm 50 years ago and we are looking forward to the next 50 years of agriculture on the farm. We can't wait to share our story and our animals with you.
