Private campsite with towering cottonwood trees, meadows and mountain spring fed well water. Owned by one of the founding families of Santa Fe and offers hiking and mountain bike access to National Forest trails and is on the back road to the Santa Fe Ski basin. An on-site ranch manager oversees the property and may point out additional nearby attractions. A wilderness experience in a secluded and private valley that is close to all that historic Santa Fe and Los Alamos, NM have to offer.
While the National Forest does have wild animals (bears, mountain lions, bobcats, porcupines, deer, elk, etc) sighting and interaction are rare but you may be serenaded by coyotes at night. We have apple, pear and cherry trees at ones disposal.
Plans change, Mother Nature may not cooperate. We get it.
