Overview
This beautiful backcountry site is on the river! With beautiful views and an abundant wildlife, this is what camping is all about. You will be sharing the area with gorgeous bald eagles and plenty other wildlife throughout your stay. There are trails that go through our property which are great for a hike. Our site is also a short drive to Indian Head which has many local eateries and activities for those of you who like to explore new towns and activities. Biking, kayaking, close Mallows Bay plus right from your camp., the fishing is great for largemouth bass catfish snakehead and may others lots of eagles beavers fox and our favs ducks. This site does not have a restroom...portable potty suggest...you are in the woods.....please ask all questions before arrival Port Tobacco Marina is near by for crabs and nightlife plus boating so if you boat there is a ramp. Row boat with oars, fishing floating lazy in an inner tube....hammocks are great also...boat ramp Kayaks as add ons as well as restroom as an add on Great in all weather.....water shoes suggested as well as hiking shoes. Please ask all questions. We do require two-night stay on weekends

Please note this campsite does not include a canvas tent. You are in nature respect her. Must met and greet before sunset. No worries very flexible we are all adults right. Please let us know time of arrival each stay requires meet and greet. Do observe your surroundings understand them and enjoy. Potty near by...fire ring, picnic table, candles, firewood garbage can. Bring it in take it out. This site is right next to water....if needed you camp in meadow or deep woods with water access. Two night stay required on weekend....communication is key.....we are all good for the few here and practice social distancing guidelines for outside in the bright sunshine.
