Overview

Established in 2005, Buffalo Creek Berry Farm began as a vision of fresh fruit grown in a peaceful location for everyone to enjoy. Husband and wife team, Cameron and Laura, welcome you to camp on their beautiful 23 acre berry farm nestled among pine trees and pasture. This campsite located about 30 min south of Athens and within 2 hours of Atlanta and Augusta. This tent site is equipped with paper towels, a kitchen lighter, and toilet paper (extras are available for purchase). Check out our other offerings for other items you may want to add on to your stay (which may be added later for your convenience).

Escape the rush of the city to camp and wander through our berry farm with over 5000 berry plants along with fresh veggies and herbs. Listen to the birds, cows, and coyotes. Observe our many native wildflowers. Pick some fresh berries and/or vegetables in April through September (see extras). Rest and relax in your tent or jog our hills! Participate in a yoga or stretching session, eat breakfast, lunch and or dinner with us or on your own at your campsite, and experience our life as farmers living on the land with a farm tour (see extras). Find your inner gardener with us in the veggies and/or berries. If you wish to depart the farm during the day (after 9am and before 7pm), we kindly ask you to park closer to the farm house for safety of our children who live on the farm. We are a family friendly farm and love our campers so please feel free to bring your family or enjoy some time alone!

Born and raised in Australia primarily on broad acre and livestock family farms, my wife and I now live on and farm 23 acres, Certified Naturally Grown (think organic farming), with over 5000 berry plants plus vegetables. We moved from our family pomegranate farm in Australia in October 2017 to our present berry farm in Georgia. We are a small farm trying to grow the healthiest food for our family and friends who visit the farm. We invite you to visit us and enjoy the peacefulness of our farm.
