1. Berry, Chocolate and Cake Skillet


  • 4 cups assorted fresh berries

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 cup butter

  • 4 cups prepared pound cake cut into cubes

  • 2 Rolo candy bars

  • Combine the fruit and sugar in a bowl. Let macerate for 10-15 minutes.

  • Preheat the grill on high. Melt the butter in a large cast iron skillet.

  • Add the cake cubes and cook, turning often until all sides are toasted. Remove the skillet from the heat.

  • Sprinkle the berries and candies over the top. Cover with aluminum foil and let the chocolate melt for about 5 minutes.

2. Caramelised Brown Sugar Cinnamon Grilled Pineapple


  • 1 pineapple cut into spears

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

  • 4 tbsp butter

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • Preheat the grill for medium-high heat.

  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon with the butter and mix well.

  • Dip into the glaze covering all sides and place directly on the grill.

  • Grill pineapple wedges on the preheated grill for 3-5 minutes per side.

3. Campfire Cones


  • Waffle cones

  • Mini marshmallows

  • Chocolate chips

  • Graham cracker pieces

  • Optional toppings: M&Ms, Rolos, bananas, strawberries, nuts

  • Foil

  • Fill a waffle cone with marshmallows and mix-ins, wrap in aluminum foil.
    Place on a baking sheet on heated grill grates or a wire rack over a small campfire.

  • Cook 3 to 7 minutes, turning once, until marshmallows are melted.
